What is spunlace nonwoven fabric?
Spunlace (hydroentangled) nonwoven is a fabric bonded by high-pressure water jets instead of chemical binders or thermal bonding, making it soft, absorbent, and plastic-binder-free. We produce parallel-laid, semi-cross laced, and wet-laid spunlace on 5 production lines.
What GSM range and roll width can you supply?
35-120 gsm with master roll widths up to 330 cm. GSM tolerance is ±5% and width tolerance ±2 mm, with 109+ standard SKU configurations across four product series.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 1 ton per specification. Lead time is 15-25 days from order confirmation to FOB Shanghai or Ningbo. Custom dyeing needs a lab dip first, which takes 3-5 days.
Are you FSC and ISO certified?
Yes. We are ISO 9001 certified and hold FSC chain-of-custody certificate FSC-C219110 for our FSC 100% viscose lines. Flame-retardant test reports are available on request.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes — free A4 sheets or mini rolls, shipped worldwide by DHL within 3-5 days. You only cover the courier cost if a courier account is not provided.
Can you customize composition, GSM, width and surface patterns?
Yes. We customize viscose/polyester blend ratios, GSM, width, and 8+ embossed surface patterns, including HACCP color-coded and full custom dyeing, plus PE film lamination up to 3.2 m finished width.
